For whom is intermittent fasting suitable?

Intermittent fasting is not suitable for everyone and is the healthiest form of fasting par excellence. For example, those who have a stressful daily routine to cope with should not add to their stress and eat nothing for an entire day. Many people also do not want to and cannot do without their breakfast if they know that they have a particularly long working day ahead of them. Women in particular usually do not want to do without this meal. Pregnant women, breastfeeding women or women who are just trying to get pregnant should also refrain from intermittent fasting!

Other people, on the other hand, get along very well with this method and experience true weight loss success. So here, as everywhere else in life, it always depends on the person and the circumstances. Intermittent fasting means completely changing your eating habits. However, you should of course also make sure that you continue to eat healthy foods for your meals.
